Shlomo Ben-Haim, MD
Co-Founder and Chairman
Shlomo Ben-Haim has held faculty appointments as a Professor of Medicine, Physiology and Biophysics, at both Harvard University and the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. His formal education is in the fields of nuclear physics, mathematics, biomedical engineering, philosophy, and medicine. Dr. Ben-Haim has published his research in over 100 scientific papers, in peer-reviewed journals and is the recipient of a long list of prizes for his research and inventions. He holds over 180 patents and patent applications, including those for a navigated cardiac catheterization system and an implantable device for treating congestive heart failure. Dr. Ben-Haim has co-founded a number of successful medical and biomedical companies in the fields of congestive heart failure, obesity, diabetes, esthetics and cosmetics, anti-viral medications, deep vein thrombosis prevention, therapy for limb ischemia, and post- stroke and sports-injuries rehabilitation.

Yoel Zilberstien
Co-Founder and General Manager
Yoel Zilberstien brings to Spectrum Dynamics extensive
experience in the management of high technology medical
projects. Prior to Spectrum Dynamics, Mr. Zilberstien
served as General Manager and Vice President of Biosense
Israel, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Before
Biosense, he was a Senior Manager in the Nuclear Medicine
Division of Elscint Ltd. In addition, Mr. Zilberstien
currently serves as a Director in several Israeli start-up
companies. Mr. Zilberstien holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical
Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, Israel, and completed
his post-graduate studies in Finance and Business Administration
at the Haifa University. |

Jim Haisler
Chief Executive Officer
Jim Haisler brings to Spectrum Dynamics extensive experience in general management, sales and marketing in the field of medical diagnostic imaging and therapy. Prior to joining Spectrum Dynamics he held executive level sales management positions with Philips Medical Systems. Prior to that he was the President of PhyMatrix Diagnostic Imaging as well as Dornier Medical Systems, NA. Earlier, he held various Vice President and General Manager positions at ADAC Laboratories. Mr. Haisler has an educational background in X-ray and Nuclear Medicine Technology, he holds a Masters Degree in Business from Pepperdine University.

Lewis Pell
Director Vison –Sciences, Inc
Lewis Pell has established over a dozen successful medical technology companies in the past two decades. He earned this successful track record by identifying and promoting innovative solutions in the medical field through his entrepreneurial vision and business acumen. Mr. Pell is a director, co-founder and vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of publicly-held Vision-Sciences Inc., and is a member of its Executive Committee. Martin Sandler, M.D.
Associate Vice Chancellor for Hospital Affairs, Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN
Dr. Sandler came to Vanderbilt in 1980 for fellowship training in the divisions of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Nuclear Medicine. His various appointments have included Assistant Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences, Assistant Professor of Medicine, Director of Clinical Nuclear Medicine /PET, & Chairman of the Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences. In 2006, he was named Associate Vice Chancellor for Hospital Affairs, having full responsibility for the four hospitals: Vanderbilt University Hospital, Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Stallworth Rehabilitation Hospital and Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital. Dr. Sandler is immediate past president of the Society of Nuclear Medicine. |

Dan S. Suesskind
Dan has been with Teva since 1976. He has been Chief Financial Officer from 1978 to 2008 and a member of the board from 1981-2001. From 1970 until 1976 he was a consultant and securities analyst with International Consultants Ltd. He received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the Hebrew University in 1965 and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in 1969. |
