Jim Haisler
Chief Executive Officer
Jim Haisler brings to Spectrum Dynamics extensive experience in general management, sales and marketing in the field of medical diagnostic imaging and therapy. Prior to joining Spectrum Dynamics he held executive level sales management positions with Philips Medical Systems. Prior to that he was the President of PhyMatrix Diagnostic Imaging as well as Dornier Medical Systems, NA. Earlier, he held various Vice President and General Manager positions at ADAC Laboratories. Mr. Haisler has an educational background in X-ray and Nuclear Medicine Technology, he holds a Masters Degree in Business from Pepperdine University.

Yoel Zilberstien
Co-Founder and General Manager
Yoel Zilberstien brings to Spectrum Dynamics extensive
experience in the management of high technology medical
projects. Prior to Spectrum Dynamics, Mr. Zilberstien
served as General Manager and Vice President of Biosense
Israel, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Before
Biosense, he was a Senior Manager in the Nuclear Medicine
Division of Elscint Ltd. In addition, Mr. Zilberstien
currently serves as a Director in several Israeli start-up
companies. Mr. Zilberstien holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical
Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, Israel, and completed
his post-graduate studies in Finance and Business Administration
at the Haifa University. |

Josh Gurewitz
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Josh Gurewitz joined Spectrum Dynamics in June of 2006.
Mr. Gurewitz brings to Spectrum Dynamics over 18 years
of clinical, sales and marketing management experience
in the field of Nuclear Medicine. Prior to joining the
company, Mr. Gurewitz served as Vice President of Marketing
for Philips Medical Systems Nuclear Medicine and PET Division.
Prior to his position at Philips, Mr. Gurewitz served
as the Marketing and International Sales Director of Marconi
Medical Systems Nuclear Medicine and PET Division. Mr.
Gurewitz holds a Bachelors degree from the State University
College of NY at Buffalo and a Masters in Business Administration
from California Coast University. |

Haim Melman Vice
President of Research and Development
Haim Melman joined Spectrum Dynamics in 2004 following
a
15-year career at Scitex Corporation Ltd. At Scitex, he
held the position of Director of R&D for the corporation’s
Input Systems Division. Previously, Mr. Melman also served
as the Chairman of The CMOS Technical Committee, part
of the MAGNET project of the Israeli Ministry of Industry
and Commerce. During his career, Mr. Melman gained several
years experience in the medical imaging equipment industry,
developing digital angiography systems at Elscint, Ltd.
and as Vice President R&D at Orex Computed Radiology,
Ltd.
In addition, Mr. Melman co-founded and managed InfoBit,
Ltd. and JetPic, Inc., operating in knowledge management
and marketing software solutions. Thirteen patents have
been published based on his work. Mr. Melman holds a
M.Sc. degree (cum laude) in Applied Physics from The
Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. |

Dalia Dickman
Vice President of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs
and Chief Biologist
Dalia Dickman joined Spectrum Dynamics in 2004. Dr. Dickman
brings to Spectrum Dynamics extensive experience in the
field of Clinical Affairs. Prior to Spectrum Dynamics,
Dr. Dickman served as Vice President of Clinical Affairs
with OrthoScan Technologies, a developer of radiation
free diagnostic products for the orthopedic field. Before
OrthoScan, she served as Clinical Affairs Manager with
Galil Medical, Ltd., designer and developer of minimally
invasive temperature-based therapies. Dr. Dickman is co-author
of several scientific publications as well as several
patents in the field of medical devices and medical science.
Dr. Dickman holds a Masters Degree in Medical Science
and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, both from the Technion,
Israel Institute of Technology, studying under Professor
Ciechanover, co-recipient of the 2004 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. |

Gilad Yoeli
Chief
Financial Officer
Gilad Yoeli joined Spectrum Dynamics in May 2007. Prior to joining the company Mr. Yoeli served as CFO and Controller of CoreFlow Ltd., a company engaged in development and sale of novel aeromechanical based equipment to the FPD, Solar Cells and Semiconductors industries. Prior to his position at CoreFlow Gilad worked as senior manager at Ernst & Young Israel, Israel's leading accounting firm. Mr. Yoeli holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Haifa University and is a licensed accountant in Israel. |

Miri Tal Vice
President Operations
Miri Tal joined Spectrum Dynamics in March of 2006. Mrs.
Tal brings to Spectrum Dynamics over 17 years of senior
management experience in the field of operations. Prior
to joining the company, Mrs. Tal served at NICE Systems
Inc., a leading provider of advanced content analytics
of telephony, web, radio and video communications. Prior
to her position at NICE, Mrs. Tal served as Corporate
Vice President of Operations at NUR Macroprinters, a manufacturer
of a wide format printers. Previously, Mrs. Tal served
as Vice President Logistics of Neuromedical Systems Inc.,
a medical device company with expertise in the diagnosis
of cervical cancer. In addition, Mrs. Tal brings with
her extensive experience in ERP systems and production
management worldwide. Mrs. Tal holds a Bachelor's degree
in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew
University in Jerusalem and a Masters in Business Administration
from Bar-Ilan University. |
